Position Overview: The Sales Executive will play a important role in driving the sales processes under the guidance of the Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with our members, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This position requires a proactive, market-focused individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting connection with existing members and newly on boarded members.
* Act as a primary point of contact for member’s inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
* Develop and maintain an assigned brand presence in market through strong network of Suppliers and Buyers.
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the related products, including features, benefits, and applications.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about product specifications, pricing, and availability.
* Ensure that all product listings updated to the wall on regular basis.
* Identify and generate new sales opportunities through portal and market analysis under the guidance of Sales manager.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential members and systematically follow up on regular basis.
* Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market needs and member preferences.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports of your channel’s overall performance to the category head on regular basis.
* Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
* Implement a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and member onboardings.
* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
* Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a Global environment.
* Freshers are also welcome.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Flexible working hours may be required to meet deadlines of department.
