Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of B2B/B2C markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: For B2B: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives. Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demand. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and sales metrics. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth. For B2C: Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential individual customers through various marketing channels. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently. Sales Promotion: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost product awareness and sales. Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and content. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies. Reporting & Insights: Track and report on sales performance, customer acquisition metrics, and other key indicators. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B/B2C setting. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company's products/services. Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies (for B2C roles). Multilingual capabilities.
